Siegfried Weiser is president and owner of LA BIOSTHETIQUE PARIS, an international cosmetic company. Siegfried’s activities include membership of the board of various leading family-owned companies throughout Europe.
Alex Wong is from Hong Kong and is a dedicated and well respected member of World Scouting. He is currently a Barrister-of-law- of Gra's Inn practising in Hong Kong.
David is a lifelong Scout with more than 20 years of leadership experience driving strategic growth, governance reforms, and organisational transformation. He served as Chief Executive of his National Scout Association in Belgium from 2006 to 2010, and over the past decade, David has held key senior leadership roles within the World Scout Bureau.
