Dato’ Soo Keng Yeoh is from Malaysia and has been long committed to Scouting. She is the President of the Girl Guides Association of Kuala Lumpur.
Became a member of the World Baden-Powell Fellowship in 2007 and joined the WSF Board in 2012.
Holding a Bachelor Degree of Science in civil engineering from Leeds University in the UK, which she obtained in 1985, she pursued her professional career as Project Director for the British High Commissioners’ residence in Kuala Lumpur, the Design & Build of the National Art Gallery in the same city, amongst others. Since 1996, Soo Keng has served as Executive Director of YTL Corporation Bhd.
