Felipe is passionate about leadership development, fundraising, youth engagement and fostering teamwork, stemming from his experience of Scouting, which started aged nine, in his hometown of Sao Paulo, Brazil. He joins the Foundation in this new role (reporting in the future to the Senior Associate (Director) of Philanthropy) to support the renewed fundraising activities of the Foundation.
Louise is a passionate marketeer and design professional. Her move to the Foundation in 2022, to support digital transformation and communication to drive growth and engagement, is an opportunity to contribute her extensive experience working and volunteering for corporates and not-for-profits to World Scouting, to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Raised in the Southwest of Germany, near the picturesque Black Forest and the border with France, Nicole is highly motivated to support the Foundation team with her knowledge, experience, and skills. She is fluent in German, English, and French and thrives in collaborative team environments. Her athleticism fuels her love for outdoor activities, and she draws inspiration from the diverse cultures she encounters on her travels.
Flor is passionate about numbers, reports, youth empowerment, and Scouting—but when combined, she truly thrives. Originally from Argentina and actively involved in the Movement for over a decade, she is shaping her professional career in fundraising. At the World Scout Foundation, she combines her expertise in financial analysis with her dedication to social impact, supporting causes she deeply believes in—particularly Scouting.
