Mr Evan Dingle
Evan grew up Scouting in Massachusetts. Inspired by his grandfather, a lifelong Scoutmaster from Pennsylvania, he joined the World Scout Foundation in 2026 to continue a family legacy of giving back to Scouts.
His communications career has been shaped by a desire to make a positive impact, inspired by the humanitarian needs of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. Since then, Evan has built a diverse career—leading communications for an upcycling scale‑up in Switzerland and Ghana, directing communications for a disability support NGO in Uganda, consulting in marketing for Novartis in Switzerland, and producing media for UNICEF in New York City, among other roles.
Evan joined the World Scout Foundation Team in February 2026.
He holds a Master of Science in Health Communication from Università della Svizzera italiana, a Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Communication, Advocacy, and Negotiation from the Université de Genève, and a Bachelor of Arts in English - Creative Writing, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
Evan is a runner with a goal of running both 1,000 meters and a marathon under 2:30. He formerly led a high school track program in Harlem, and is passionate about inspiring others to become the fastest and strongest version of themselves.
