Mark was a Sea Scout from a young age, which led to a career in the Royal Dutch Navy, then with the Dutch ING Bank & Insurances, before he returned full-circle to Scouting. Mark became Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation on 1 September 2021.
Nicole grew up Scouting and Guiding in Wales, which sparked a love of adventure and the outdoors, travel, teamwork and community and heavily influenced her future studies and career path. She joined the World Scout Foundation in 2018, keen to give back to the Movement which shaped her as a person.
Mischa’s passion for philanthropy began at a young age; she travelled the world with her father, an Economist with the World Bank, experiencing first-hand the impact of global philanthropy and leading her to a career that makes a positive change in areas of humanitarian aid and international development. Mischa joins the Foundation in this new role to lead and grow the Foundation's fundraising activities.

Evan grew up Scouting in Massachusetts. Inspired by his grandfather, a lifelong Scoutmaster from Pennsylvania, he joined the World Scout Foundation in 2026 to continue a family legacy of giving back to Scouts.
