BSA - Eagle Scout Project

The pinnacle for any Boy Scout in the USA is to achieve their Eagle Scout Award. This is the highest and most challenging accolade in the Scouts as it requires dedication, motivation and leadership.
60,000 Eagle scouts each year demonstrate determination and an ideal attitude based upon the Scout Oath and Law, service, and leadership. This includes an extensive community service project of 200 hours or more, that the Scout plans, organises, leads, and manages.
Despite the difficulties each Eagle Scout faces in its completion! The young men working towards their Eagle Scout Award in 2014 collectively provided over 12 million hours of service to the Messengers of Peace Network.
