As a Young BP Fellow, how and when can I donate?
The Young BP Fellows programme encourages a culture of regular giving and support, with flexible ways to contribute. Every donation you make – whether large or small – is counted toward your USD 1,000 pledge as a Young BP Fellow and, later, toward the USD 10,000 full Baden-Powell Fellowship, if you choose to continue.
We are always happy to work with you to design a tailored payment plan that suits your circumstances. Please reach out to World Scout Foundation staff at any time with questions or to discuss options.
Here are the ways you can give:.
- Credit card via the World Scout Foundation website.
Make a one-off donation (e.g. annually) or set up a recurring monthly donation. You can direct your donation to:
> The World Scout Foundation Endowment Fund
Which secures the annual operational grant to the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM)
> A specific global initiative, such as Ticket To Life (supporting children in extremely difficult circumstances,
Food for Life (improving food security), or the Emergency Fund (helping Scouts respond to crises and disasters).

- Credit card via the Scout Donation Platform.
Support smaller Scout projects directly via The Scout Donation Platform. The platform connects project leaders with donors, showing the goal, progress and results. You can select projects by theme or location and contribute from from USD 5 upwards. Every contribution made by a Young BP Fellow is automatically tracked and counted toward your Fellowship pledge.
- Bank transfer.
Bank transfers are welcome, particularly for larger gifts or annual donations. Please note that transfer fees apply for both the donor and World Scout Foundation. Contact us for bank details and support. Contact us for more information.
