The Honours Programme

Recognising Exceptional Commitment

The Honours Programme celebrates Baden-Powell Fellows who choose to go further, reaching higher levels of philanthropic support to the World Scout Foundation. Each Circle honours those whose generosity helps Scouting reach millions of young people worldwide.

Recognition is awarded personally by HM The King of Sweden, Honorary Chairman of the World Scout Foundation, during special occasions and gatherings of the Baden-Powell Fellowship

Circles of Recognition

• The Benefactor Circle honours those who have made gifts of or over USD 25,000.
• The International Circle honours those who have made gifts of or over USD 50,000.
• The Chairman's Circle honours those who have made gifts of or over USD 100,000.
• The Diplomat Circle honours those who have made gifts of or over USD 250,000.
• The Ambassador Circle honours those who have made gifts of or over USD 500,000.
• The Regal Circle honours those who have made gifts of or over USD 1 Million.
• The Regal Circle — Double Crown honours those who have made gifts of or over USD 2.5 Million.
• The Regal Circle — Triple Crown honours those who have made gifts of or over USD 5 Million.

How Gifts are Counted

Every gift to the World Scout Foundation contributes toward your Honours Programme recognition, including:

• Contributions to your Baden-Powell Fellowship pledge
• Additional gifts to the WSF Endowment Fund
• Support for specific projects via the Scout Donation Platform
• Legacy commitments through The Founder’s Heritage, where 50% of the pledged amount is credited toward your cumulative recognition level. For more information, please refer to our Donation Acceptance Policy or get in touch with us today!

Friend-raising

The Friend-raising initiative celebrates BP Fellows who inspire others to join or deepen their commitment to the Foundation. When you help inspire a new BP Fellow to join the Fellowship, you will receive a Friend-raising credit. This means that a 30% match of the received gift of the new BP Fellow is added as a symbolic recognition credit to your donation total. It’s a way of saying “thank you” and showing appreciation for helping World Scouting grow. The credit is symbolic and it honours your effort in expanding our circle of support, recognising your contribution to growing our Fellowship, and helping you move through the Honours Programme Circles.

Founder's Heritage

Making a planned gift is a wonderful way to ensure that your legacy continues to support future generations of young people in World Scouting, while accommodating your own personal, financial, estate-planning and philanthropic goals.
